Some Of The Past Ones

This is a blacktop using Birch plywood top and bottom.  It also has Red Oak trim with some black hardwood markers.  Birch plywood top and bottom.  Pinblocks are Hard Maple.

Zebrawood trim.  Light Walnut stained Birch plywood top. Maple bridges with Ebony markers.  Black tuning pins.

Walnut trim.  Natural Birch plywood top. Walnut bridges with maple markers.  Black tuning pins. The spots in these pictures are actually reflections and not something in the finish.

Walnut trim.  Natural Birch plywood painted black top. Maple bridges with African Blackwood markers.  Black tuning pins. The close-up of the bridge is the true color of the top.

Zebrawood trim.  Natural Birch plywood top.  Oak bridges with Ebony markers.  Black tuning pins. This one is especially nice looking.  The black hardwood side rods give a nice appearance.

This one has Cherry trim and bridges with Maple markers.  Top is stained with a reddish Walnut stain.   Pinblocks are Hard Maple.  Birch plywood top and bottom.  The picture is a tad too red as that Maple should look about the same as in the other pictures.  It was a gift to a good friend of mine.  As you can see they are great dust attracters also.

This is one I currently use as a loaner.  It originally had a black top but as the plywood had some bad problems that showed up later so I replaced it with with Cedar.  The trim and bridges are Red oak.  Top is quarter inch Cedar and the bottom is birch plywood.  Pinblocks are Hard Maple.
